Training

Life Stories in Leadership: A three-day immersive workshop applying psychology and philosophy to leadership roles. Participants complete their own personality/communication profile (accredited by the British Psychological Society) and will have the opportunity to reflect on key life experiences that have shaped their leadership approach. Consultation

Spotlight Consultations: We offer individual and team sessions using the Mindflick Spotlight profiling tool, which provides a shared and accessible framework for understanding leadership style, motivation, emotional responses and blind spots. We offer individual coaching for senior executives and support teams when they are experiencing conflict or want to enhance connections and understanding.

 

Insight Reviews: We offer Insight Reviews to help services to understand what is working, where challenges sit and how to move forward with clarity. These are in-depth yet time-bound reviews that explore culture, leadership, communication patterns, emotional safety and systemic dynamics. They are particularly useful for services which are experiencing difficulties with culture, wellbeing and/or team-functioning.
