Consultation
Spotlight Consultations: We offer individual and team sessions using the Mindflick Spotlight profiling tool, which provides a shared and accessible framework for understanding leadership style, motivation, emotional responses and blind spots. We are accredited Spotlight practitioners.
Team Development Days: We offer team development days where multidisciplinary/ward teams can spend time connecting and reflecting on practice and developing action plans. We also offer days for teams and senior leadership teams which are experiencing interpersonal challenges. Rather than traditional 'team-building' activities, the focus is on creating the conditions for meaningful reflection and connection. These days include:
-
considering the current systemic context in which the team operates;
-
reflecting on individual communication styles and how they shift under pressure;
-
developing a better understanding of each other’s patterns, strengths and differences.
Insight Reviews: We offer Insight Reviews to help services to understand what is working, where challenges sit and how to move forward with clarity. These are in-depth yet time-bound reviews that explore culture, leadership, communication patterns, emotional safety and systemic dynamics. They are particularly useful for services which are experiencing difficulty with culture, wellbeing and/or team functioning; preparing for inspection; or seeking trauma-informed development.
